2. Soda Bread or Irish Pastry
You may compete in either category or both
All entries must be prepared in a non-commercial kitchen
No entry fee; Registration required

All food in the contest will be homemade and not subject to state inspection.

    Registration

    Registration is free.  Entres must be home- prepared, in a noncommercial kitchen, under safe, sanitary conditions. Registrants must provide a list of allergens and ingredients used in their dishes. 
    ​Please mark all that you will be bringing.  You may enter in one category or both, but you may only enter one dish per category. Name of dish is optional.
    ​Will you be bringing your entry in a crock pot or device that requires electricity or
    any special set up?
    Chefs, please bring utensils for serving your dishes and make sure to take your
    serving dishes and utensils home at the end of the evening. Torg Brewery is not
    responsible for lost cookery.

    Torg will provide individual sample cups and cutlery for your judges.  Samples will be served in 4 oz. servers.

    Contestants should arrive at Torg on Sunday, March 17 between 4:30 and 4:45 to set up for service.  Service will begin at 5:00 pm. 
     
    Hot entries should be brought in Crock or other warming devices to maintain a safe serving temperature throughout the event.
     
    Service will end at 7 pm and winners announced at that time.  Contestants must have their serving spaces cleared and clean by 8:00 pm.
